Great place to live! The management team is responsive and truly cares about residents. Maintenance is fast, and the amenities are very nice, and well maintained . Friendly community and excellent service – highly recommend!

My fiancé and I moved in a few weeks ago, and overall things have been really amazing. The staff was very helpful and professional while we were getting our lease set-up and while we were moving in. The building has great finishes and is generally always quite clean, which I am super happy about, and the amenities have been really great so far. The unit we live in has great features, decent space and great is very quiet. I know this sounds like a total sales pitch but honestly everything we have encountered so far suggests it is a great spot and we love our apartment.

The building features a Sky Lounge on the highest floor, providing an amazing view of the Downtown towers, Lake Ontario, CN Tower, and more. You can sit there in peace and enjoy a coffee, read a book, or engage in any activity you like. Other amenities are equally impressive, including a gym with a street view, a dedicated pet wash area, a game room, a billiard room, a cinema room, and more.
